We want you to be happy with every order from Rubber Washer Warehouse. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging where possible.
- Please include your order number with the return.
How to start a return
Email us at support@rubberwasherwarehouse.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Return shipping
- If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, you pay the return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
- If we sent you the wrong item, or the item arrived damaged or defective, we pay the return shipping and will send you a prepaid label, a replacement, or a full refund including original shipping. Please email us photos of the problem so we can resolve it quickly.
Refunds
We will inspect your return and notify you by email once it has been received. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of our receiving the return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, so that we can make it right.
