How do I choose the right rubber washer material?
It depends on what the washer will be exposed to. Neoprene is a great all-purpose, weather- and oil-resistant choice; EPDM excels outdoors with UV, ozone and water; Nitrile is best for oil, fuel and grease; Silicone handles extreme heat and food contact; Viton resists harsh chemicals and high heat; Natural Rubber offers the best elasticity and vibration absorption; and Fiber is a rigid, insulating gasket material. How do I measure a rubber washer?
You need three measurements: outside diameter (OD), inside diameter (ID), and thickness. Measure the OD across the full outer edge, the ID across the center hole, and the thickness through the flat side. What sizes do you stock?

Which rubber washers are food-safe or FDA-compliant?

Are your washers oil and fuel resistant?
