A precision 2" x 3/4" rubber washer, 1/4" thick, built for sealing, spacing and cushioning across plumbing, HVAC, automotive and industrial jobs. That works out to 2" (50.8 mm) outside, 0.75" (19 mm) inside, 0.25" (6.4 mm) thick.
- Outside diameter (OD): 2" (50.8 mm)
- Inside diameter (ID): 3/4" (19 mm)
- Thickness: 1/4" (6.4 mm)
- Materials: Neoprene, EPDM, Nitrile, Silicone, Natural Rubber, Viton, Fiber
At a full 1/4" thick it works as a cushioning, load-spreading washer for vibration, impact and standoff jobs. The 3/4" inside diameter fits over roughly a 3/4" bolt or rod, and the 2" outside diameter gives a wide bearing surface to spread load and seal.

Material PropertiesNeoprene
- Outstanding UV, ozone and weather resistance — the go-to for outdoor, roofing and marine exposure.
- Excellent with water, steam, coolants and mild chemicals.
- Serviceable from roughly -60°F to 300°F.
- Not recommended for petroleum oils, fuels or solvents.
- Compressed non-rubber fiber with high compressive strength and minimal cold flow.
- Holds torque without over-squeezing — ideal under high clamp loads.
- Resists oils, fuels, coolants and solvents.
- Best where a firm, dimensionally stable washer beats a soft rubber seal.
- Highest elasticity, tear strength and abrasion resistance of the lineup.
- Excellent vibration damping and cushioning under load.
- Serviceable from roughly -60°F to 180°F.
- Degrades with oils, fuels, ozone and prolonged sunlight — best for indoor mechanical use.
- Balanced all-purpose rubber with good resistance to oils, greases, ozone and weathering.
- Serviceable from roughly -40°F to 220°F.
- Good compression set, flex fatigue and flame resistance.
- Solid choice for general indoor/outdoor sealing where moderate oil exposure is expected.
- Best-in-class resistance to petroleum oils, fuels and greases.
- Good abrasion and tear resistance; serviceable from roughly -30°F to 250°F.
- Limited UV and ozone resistance — best used indoors or shielded from direct sunlight.
- First pick for automotive, fuel-system and oily-machinery sealing.
- Widest temperature range of the lineup: roughly -70°F to 450°F.
- Excellent UV, ozone and weathering resistance; stays flexible in extreme cold.
- Inert material commonly used in food, beverage and appliance applications.
- Lower tear strength — not suited to oils, fuels or high-abrasion service.
- Premium fluoroelastomer with outstanding chemical resistance — fuels, oils, acids and many solvents.
- Continuous service temperature up to roughly 400°F.
- Excellent UV, ozone and weathering performance.
